Our gym features treadmills, stationary bikes, a rower, freestanding heavy punching bag, speed ball, Muay Thai kick pads, and a comprehensive range of free weights. Adjustable climate control, filtered water, television and music technology is additionally provided, for your comfort and enjoyment.
